Customer Service Reviews

We like to think that our customer service is pretty good, we try to answer all emails as quickly as possible, even when we are away on holiday! We are not always good at answering the phone, this is usually because we are up a ladder picking orders, out with the courier, taking in supplies or I am up to my elbows in coconut oil and so we do prefer emails as we can act upon a request or sort out a problem much easier that way. Like all businesses we do encounter problems and we like to sort them out as efficiently and as quickly as we possibly can. I was asked if I could add a review by a customer and this is what she said about our customer service. We would of course like to thank all of our customers for their custom!!!
