Shipping & Returns
At the present time we only offer Royal Mail and DPD delivery within the UK ( please see restrictions below). Occasionally we will use Royal Mail second class postage where free postage has been offered on part or the whole of the order. We are unable to offer a service on the website to overseas customers, some of our products are not suitable for transportation overseas, however, please email us if you wish to place an overseas order, we will advise on which products we are able to ship and how much postage will be for an order.
Prices for postage apply to Mainland Britain and the Isle of Wight only. Customers in Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and other Isles and Scottish Highlands please Contact Us for postal prices.
Shipping Lead Times
We aim to ship all products within 72 hours of receiving your order. If an order is urgent, please let us know and we will endeavor to ship sooner.
Prices are subject to change without notice, however most of our prices remain stable.
Currently, we are able to accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal and Nochex. All our electronic payments are handled either through Paypal or Nochex. You can make credit card payments via Paypal without having a Paypal account. Payments made by Personal Cheque or Postal Order will not be shipped until funds have been received/cleared. Please make payment payable to 'Summer Naturals'. Please send to the address on the Contact Us page.
If you issue a cheque that is returned by the bank, no other cheques will be accepted on future orders. Although payment by credit card or Paypal will still be accepted.
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are returned in their original packaging and original condition. We are not responisble for postage costs on returned items. You have the right to return an order within 30 days of the order being placed, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order your intention to return any item within the order.
If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If an order is damaged only internally, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt of order to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the Royal Mail will need to inspect the damaged order.
