The website is open for sales! We only have one member of staff working, our two other staff members on furlough. This means that every aspect of the business is being operated by one person and we hope that all of our valued customers will understand during this very difficult time that we can not operate as efficiently as we would usually. We are a very small family business.

Delivery. We will process all orders as quickly as we can, however we have had to reduce the amount of times per week that we dispatch. We will reduce as from today Friday 27th March to two courier collections and two Post office drop off's to per week. This allows for less contact with other people but also removes some of the stress from us. It is anticipated that we will dispatch orders on a Tuesday and a Thursday however this could change.

Once we have packed your order we will mark it as "Completed" Usually it is marked as dispatched, if in error we mark as dispatched, please use the email that the courier sends to all customers as the accurate method of dispatch time.

The courier service and Royal Mail are both under extreme pressure too and we know that there will be some delays, there will also be a higher risk of damages. If your parcel arrives damaged as always we ask you to accept the parcel and then to let us know and we can sort that out.

We do ask that you do not email us if your parcel is delayed for less than 4 working days. We will be tracking daily and can see what is happening. If your email from the courier company states that it was dispatched on a particular day and 4 working days have passed and you still don't have your parcel please do email us. We will deal with your email as soon as we possibly can, there may be some delays to respond and we can only apologise for this.

Emailing us. We pride ourselves in replying to emails quickly however, this may not be the case in future weeks, we ask please that emails are only sent if really necessary. We can only reply to emails regarding an order. Also, please do not be offended if the reply email appears rushed, we will be as clear as possible, spelling errors and typing errors will happen. We may not say our usual "Thank you for your order", we may not say "Kind regards" We will have to streamline everything. Please do not be offended. It is possible that we may have to simply ignore some emails if this information wasn't read. You can email us using the "Contact Us" form, our ability to reply does rely on an accurate email address being offered.

Phone Calls: We do not have the staff to answer the telephone. Our system does not allow for messages to be left, if you do call and we can answer you will be directed to email us.

Stock levels. We are well stocked! We have had a lot of delays with deliveries however we are well stocked on the basics, White Vinegar, Bicarbonate of Soda etc. We will take some items out of stock in larger quantities in order to preserve smaller quantities allowing more customers to benefit. If you can't find the larger amount that you require, please look for smaller quantities available. We estimate that we have enough stock to last throughout. If you can't find a product please do do a search using the search box.
