DIY Natural Cleaning Starter Kit (Eco-Friendly & Non-Toxic)

• 1 Litre White Vinegar (5% Acidity): The ultimate natural descaler, glass cleaner, and grease cutter.
• 120ml Liquid Castile Soap: A concentrated, plant-based soap that lifts dirt and acts as a powerful surfactant. 

The Mineral Powders

• 150g Bicarbonate of Soda: A gentle abrasive and powerful deodoriser for sinks, carpets, and fridges.
• 150g Soda Crystals: Heavy-duty grease stripper and water softener, perfect for washing machines and blocked drains.
• 150g Borax Substitute (Sodium Sesquicarbonate): A safe mineral builder that boosts detergent power and lifts tough stains.
• 150g Citric Acid: A natural, food-grade acid that dissolves limescale and tackles rust spots effortlessly. 
• Pure Essential Oils (for scent & sanitisation)
• 5ml Tea Tree Essential Oil: Naturally antibacterial and antifungal with a fresh, medicinal scent.
• 5ml Orange Essential Oil: High in d-limonene to cut through grease while leaving a bright, uplifting citrus aroma.

• Mix: 2 tablespoons of Bicarbonate of Soda with 1 teaspoon of Liquid Castile Soap.
• Add: 2–3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil.
• Use: Stir into a smooth paste. Buff onto surfaces with a damp cloth and rinse well. This blend is slightly abrasive so don't use on any surface that may scratch.

• Mix: 1 part White Vinegar to 1 part warm water in a spray bottle.
• Add: 5 drops of Orange Essential Oil.
• Use: Spray lightly onto glass and wipe with a clean microfibre cloth for a lint-free shine. Save your old trigger sprays, wash well and reuse. 

• Mix: Pour 2 tablespoons of Citric Acid and 2 tablespoons of Bicarbonate of Soda directly into the toilet bowl.
• Use: Leave to fizz for 10 minutes, scrub with a toilet brush, and flush.

• Always spot-test DIY mixtures on an inconspicuous area before full application.
• Do not mix vinegar (acid) and castile soap (base) directly together in storage, as they will neutralize each other and curdle.
