Epsom Salts also known as magnesium sulphate is mainly used as a ingredient in the making of Bath bombs, it is also used as a natural cleaning agent as well as to make face cleansers and body scrubs. Epsom salt is used widely with horses and is very popular with horse breeders and the salt is great for those aches and pains!

Epsom Salts can also be used to help the release of ingrown hairs by dissolving some salts in warm water and then applying to the skin with cotton wool.
For use in the garden: When added to water and used on grass, your lawn will grow greener, they can also be used to feed tomatoes and roses.
These salts are not packaged in food safe conditions and so they can not be used for human consumption.
