Mix to a paste with Bicarbonate of Soda to use as a scouring agent for bathroom basins, the toilet and for cleaning grout between tiles.
Use to degrease the oven, descale the kettle, soak burned on residue in pans.
Do not use on polished stone, marble and granite but do use on green slippy stone paths, using neat on a dry day and leaving the vinegar to work will kill the green slippy stuff. We have just had quartz work top installed, the cleaning instructions suggest a diluted vinegar solution, music to our ears. The suggestion was to test a small area first.
Whilst diluted vinegar is used to clean wood, we would suggest not using it on very expensive or your antique furniture.
What do we think? We love white vinegar! We have been cleaning with vinegar for almost 2 decades, it is used in the laundry, outside as a weed killer, to remove rust from metals, to clean the oven, the toilet, shower, you name it.....In fact we love white vinegar so much, we launched Summer Naturals back in 2006.
